trying my hand at a new thing
if I can figure out how to cross out words. Nope, can't seem to figure it out. My "just checking" which should show up at the beginning of the post with a line through it, either disappears entirely or has some odd commands hanging out around it. I need some help. Currently, I am typing the commands <> < / del> with the words in the first and no spaces. Will happily take advice. PLEASE. I am not too proud to beg.

You're so close! Use < del > and < /del > - but without the spaces that I inserted within the carats. I hope this shows up.
